My customers' satisfaction rating had dropped drastically. Of course, I do consider other attributes such as customers' moods, the difficulties of the prob & e disturbance of the surveyer (so tt i will not blame myself entirely). When a total stranger calls to tell you about his/her problem in the most unbearable attitude, expecting you to think in his/her shoe & assist him/her with your entire heart & soul, I will try my best. However, being bombarded with nearly 50 similar queries a day, yet need to pretend like this is e first time you heard the prob, feel sorry for them & patiently do e explanation can be exhausting for e mind. Work is not solely about customers though, e inefficiency of other departments or unfriendly emails can be rather intolerable. Pushing a little can actually solve some problems a little faster. Although there were also days whereby time was spent on watching vcds, playing computer games or surfing, I'm just in my complaining mood. hee. As what my fren said, "with tt amt of time watching vcd, we could have finish a research paper." gotta instill some self-discipline to spend my time more wisely. haha
