The first time i saw it, i tot it was some tricks or "should i go forward & pull e mad guy out?" lolz it looks real until i saw many other similar bins. e sq is actually full of events going on such as IPO booths, credit cards tents, gym memberships, freebies give-away, people dressed in robots or samurai & even performances. There was once when the whole grass patch was full of fake flowers to be "plucked" by passer-bys. ==
