I strolled my way to the office this morning, not caring about non-adherence, ciq or scorecard. Thinking of the day i binded myself to this job, those training days, OJT, mentoring, always asking my boss for help when strange calls came in. My days in Contact Centre was a worthwhile experience. It was all about interactions, be it verbal, written or non-verbal. Still not a communication guru but enhanced my soft skills. Gonna speak about the background of every single pic (left to right):1. My neighbour/buddy/kopi khaki, Marcus aka Markoos. Hahaz, being his usual nice self, he got my hot coffee, my farewell card, took over my open cases. A very godly person.
2. Fellow Tkgian, Liana. Was assigned to do the tee shirt design proj together. Both of us had our last day consecutively.
3. My neighbour/case buddy, Clint. Always amused by his conversation with Jacen. Hahaz
4. My ex manager, Imran. Loves his bike, helpful but always on RL/BL/AL... I will go," Boss, can i ask you a question??" W/o him replying, i'll just blabber on & on... Patiently taught me steps by steps to pacify our ever demanding cm..
5. My ex-buddy/mentor, Mei Ling. Been there to tell me on how to relax, mysterious procedures not in found in any folders, cleared my cases when i'm on leave.. & pple say we look rather alike!! hee
6. My current manager for 1 mth, Rachel L. Although strict/hei bai fen ming, she cared for us.
7. My team mate, Huishan, a cheery girl. Did the pyramid decor til late tog..
8. My cushion aka stress ball. Will squeeze it tightly whenever being irritated by cm!!

12. Choon Huat aka ah huat, my batchmate. A mega car lover, have unique thinking & comes up w lotsa funny ideas!

14. Mervyn aka Mr. Beh, my ex team mate as well. He used to sit opp me & whenever i'm in doubt/in trouble, i'll stand up. He'll looked at me & asked,"yes, ms koh?" hahaz

18. Ah, my braised lamb fore shank! lamb in mashed potato & onion. Portion is mega. First mouth was delicious but subsequently, it almost made me wanna puke & decided to distribute my food to the guyz. The apple crumble is nutty & good!

Finally, went to the highly publicized, Haji Lane. Interesting, nicely decorated shops filled with limited edition stuffs & of cos, the stuffs there are rather pricey as well. One of the shop used a bath tub as a fish tank. Certain accessories/clothes can be found in Far East too. There are also small cafes ard. Shisha, ice creams etc. Din get anything & move on to town instead. hahaz but after much walking, the 5 of us actually din buy anithing again. Sigh. Dinner was at korean cuisine in the Meridian foodcourt, where sheena & i always go. No more chance for the teh o peng there. Cos its just not up to MY standard!! Lolz ==
Still believing action speaks louder than word...
