Its been a week since e day i stepped into tt multi-cultural company. Receptive & chaotic i shld say. Keeping an open mind & still adapting myself. Last 11 mths almost took away my independence & decisiveness. Rigid & structural organization inhibited growth in process innovation & creativity. I cant imagine being in there for long. Filled the week with dinner dates & 1 clubbing session before everyone disappears for cny.
