A melancholic bug almost got me at the start of this week for no apparent reason. Although work was full of heated arguements & fiery emails, there was no direct impact. Even when home was not sweet, I aint that. It just so not-me. hmm, heck.. since i got better as the week went..

Caught Shrek 3 with sis, sheena, huiling, qianling & their primary schoolmates. A rather weird combination but glad that managed to catch up with QL. The sequel still got me laughing out loud. I was like, "is he really dying?" at Harod's deathbed scene, "i din know Snow White could attract animals with her singing", "whats pinocchio talking about?" etc..& Baby ogres were cute! Shrek din feel the same as the previous 2. The story was less of romance, more of family but again, it used light hearted scenes to say about the stereotypical view of the ugly, how social norm can mould someone's life & about everyone having 2 sides, etc...

Had a small retail therapy yesterday. & finally, i had my threading done after several failed attempts for the past few weeks. It was a lit painful but neater eyebrow looks smarter. Wanted to have porridge buffet for dinner at quality hotel last night but the queue was ridiculously long! sobz. The 3 of us ended up having porrigde at geylang instead..

My fav-wanton-mee-stall uncle still rem what i like after not patronizing for mths!! A slow sunday... Looking forward to the coming getaway~ :P
