Speechless when I heard what was said. I felt an itsy bit of insult & grewing anger. Almost mad to tears. Not to deny, I gained self-doubt in the process. Assumptions & uncertainties can be hurting too. All I needed was to be valued. Anyway, decision made & communicated. Done.
