Decided to go for a short getaway from the city life this weekend. We met in Chinatown at 8am for breakfast before setting off. While waiting to pass the sg custom, we got scolded by a mad man for talking too loudly. Faint. What a way to start the trip.The 3+hr ride there was rather bumpy but still comfortable.

Reached the kelong at 12. Just in time for the yummy lunch! The lotus soup was good that we went for second helping!

Time for check in. 6 beds in a row, above the water. Our room was 87, Merah. Sounds good but got bitten by many mozzies in the night.

We went to the beach at around 2.30pm. It started raining after a while. We were playing in the rain with the sea animals instead. Tried to catch mini crabs and found unknown creatures. Tot this was some kind of sea urchin. It was wriggling.

Got many of this crabbies, placed them together and observed for very long. The beach was rather deserted. The rain & strong wind made us tremble and sneeze.

Found a swing-like thing to play before it started pouring again. After an hour, the boat was back to pick us again and we decided to swim to the boat instead of waiting for the mini boat. Like swimming in the sea. So boundless.

Got ourselves a fishing rod. Was quite happy when I caught my first little fish. Here are our catches! 13 fishes altogether! We put them back into the sea after looking at them for a long while. Hee. There were many people fishing and they caught really big ones, almost a metre long.

Nice sunset. No effect added. It was dinner time at 7pm! hahaz was eating non stop. We even had supper at 930pm. Longan, red dates w white fungus soup! The moon rise! seldom notice... We went to sleep at 10.30pm after bathing and a bit of mahjong in between. What an early rest!
Woke up at 7.30am! Nice morning. Did not edit the picture at all. Had nasi lemak for breakfast. Played some poker before leaving at 11am.

Cows were everywhere. Went to Kota Tingi for lunch before heading back to home.

Din do much but felt so tired after the whole trip that I slept for 5 hrs after reaching home. Yawnz. Back to bed again.
