Work was packed with sparring at the meetings, inventory forecasting, briefing of new products to promoters, troubleshooting inventory issues, revisiting the plannings, reducing write-off of raw/packaging materials and executing orders. From the production of the products in different parts of the world to the in-store displays of the products in the various channels, differing selling price within stores and to the purchasing of the products. A complicated, long journey from the birth of the FG to the human usage. Questions kept popping up. Was it a rational , impulse or habitual buy? Does consumer really use the products after purchase? What will be able to make them switch brands? How can we improve? Line extension? New formula? What are competitors doing? My mind was cluttered. Sigh. Therefore, I finally joined them for some beer drinking last night. We mixed the beer. I tasted the rust, saw some discoveries *Hee* and ate many many almost-raw cockles! Yummy! Opening the cockles and bringing me everywhere. A kind of doting. High enough for a good night sleep :)
