In the Hive.

I started the first day in this new company with coffee from the pantry. Bad habit, should get rid of it. At the pantry, I met a manager whom I saw at some functions. Didn't think that she will still remember me. She was rather surprised/shocked. After all, we used to be competitors. I was given notes on standing order, product catalogue and general order to read for the whole morning. I was surprised that the OS was windows 7. I started personalizing it. Haha. Some colleagues came over and spoke to me. Almost the entire mkting dept went lunch together at a coffee shop as the food market was closed for washing. They were very particular about timing. After lunch, we spoke about the restructuring and went through the inventory system. I was not sure what the expectations were and what will be ahead for me. Hence, I tried to probe further but she said I will only know which brand I will be handling later. We went to the warehouse as well which is in the same building. I was asked to leave on the dot at 545pm. hmmm... anyway, I just prepared my own mug and notebook for tomorrow :)
